Making Spirits Bright Event Photos | Passion 4 Paws
The annual Making Spirits Bright Event is one that I look forward to for months before it actually happens! As the biggest fund-raising event of the year, Passion4Paws goes full-force at this formal holiday mixer & silent auction by working with local vendors to provide guests the best experience they can! The event was hosted at the Automaster - catering was provided by the wonderful staff of the Shelburne Tap House, wine was served from Vermont Wine Merchants Co., beer was provided by Kickback Brewery, and Madeleines Bakery served up some sweet treats for dessert. A silent auction was comprised of over 90 different local vendors, including spa packages worth hundreds of dollars, a Burton snowboard, and jewelry from Perrywinkles in Burlington. Additionally, one of the areas most popular DJ's, Craig Mitchell, donated his time to get down with the dogs and spin some tunes all evening!
Unsurprisingly, the event sold out quickly, with over 200 people in attendance, and a few alumni pups attended to mingle with guests and to show off their humans. Everyone was dressed to impress, as it was a Black-Tie affair - even the dogs were wearing their best! Per usual, I had a blast running around with the another local photographer, capturing some of the best candid moments of the night! It's the second year I was invited to donate my time and skills to benefit an amazing rescue (with whom I also foster), and I can't wait to see how next year shapes up. My heart is always so full after this event every year!
